Full Renovation for Rental Property

This property was purchased at auction by a developer and required extensive work to bring it up to modern standards for rental.

We installed a brand-new bathroom, replaced all ceilings throughout the house, and replastered every room to create a clean, fresh canvas for the next phase of decoration.

At the rear of the property, we reconfigured the layout by knocking through the wall between the kitchen and dining room, creating a more open, connected living space. The old back door was bricked up, and we formed a new opening for patio doors leading directly into the garden — filling the space with natural light and giving the home a much brighter, more spacious feel.

We completed the project by decorating throughout and installing new flooring, delivering a fully finished property ready for tenants to move in.
